Information Security Policy Statement

We, TOKYO, hereby, declare this Information Security Policy Statement and define it as our implementation guidelines of information security to offer better service and to protect information assets from incidents, natural disasters, crimes, or any other threats for our customers keeping pace with our advanced information society.

  1. Organizational frameworks and establishment of in-house rules
    We establish in-house necessary management system to maintain and improve our information security, and set it as a formal regulation to undertake required measures in line with this statement.
  2. Responsibilities of the president and continuous improvement
    The president complies with this statement and leads appropriate control of customer’s information assets together with all information owned by TOKYO.
  3. Compliance with legal and contractual requirements
    Employees of TOKYO adhere to the laws, regulations and norms related to information assets besides security requirements specified in contracts.
  4. Employee’s approach
    Employees of TOKYO make efforts to acquire required skills and knowledge to maintain and improve information security.
  5. Measures for prevention and mitigation
    TOKYO establishes arrangements and procedures to minimize consequences of any breaches or incidents of the related laws, regulations, norms and contracts as well as information security incidents.
